This policy explains what personal data SŌZŌ (“we”) processes when you use sozo.bg or contact us, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

What we process and why

• Enquiries — name, email, phone (optional), topic, project stage and the content of your message, sent through the form, by email or by phone. We use them only to reply and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract at your request, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).
• Technical data — IP address, browser and time of request are kept briefly in the hosting provider’s server logs for security and normal operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

• Hosting provider — SuperHosting.BG Ltd. (servers in the EU), where the site and our email are hosted.
• Map — when you open the Contact page, your browser loads map tiles from OpenFreeMap (data © OpenStreetMap). The provider receives your IP address, as with any loaded resource. The map sets no cookies.

We never sell data or share it for marketing. We use no tracking or analytics tools.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows — then for the period required by law. Server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time — write to info@sozo.bg. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

This site uses no cookies and no tracking, which is why there is no consent banner. Your browser’s sessionStorage keeps only two technical flags — whether the intro animation has played and whether you are moving between pages — and they are cleared when you close the tab.
